Lakepointe is working with our local church partner Hope Rising Fellowship in Leogane, Haiti, which is located near Port-au-Prince. The village that the church is in was affected by the devastating earthquake of 2010 that killed more than 230,000 Haitians. This area has never recovered from the severe physical and psychological damage and is one of the poorest areas in all of Haiti.
