Since 2011, Lake Pointe Church has been working with local churches and pastors to identify the neediest children and families in rural villages of countries in which we work. Beginning in Egypt and now in four countries, the Lake Pointe Child Sponsorship and its generous sponsors have provided not only basic necessities, but more importantly, hope. These children and their families were once struggling to have enough food to eat and suffered from many preventable diseases. Through the generosity of over 600 sponsors--individuals, families, Life Groups, and more--many of these needs are being met on a regular basis. Many of these villages are now being transformed through the Child Sponsorship Ministry and the work being done by the local pastors.
